All content on this site (text, photographs, technical plans, visual identity) is the property of Fortin Productions or is used with permission. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Some mood illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence; the photos of our esports project are real.
The studio's dimensions, floor areas and technical specifications come from the 2025 surveys and are given for guidance only. A full survey is under way. They are not contractually binding: for a set or layout accurate to the centimetre, an on-site check is required.
The quote request form collects your company name or your own name, your email address, the type of service, the event date and its description.
The account opening form collects your company's identity (company name, legal form, SIRET or company registration number for a company based outside France, EU VAT number, website), the billing address and email, the contact details of an operations contact and an accounts contact (name, job title, email, phone), the details of your hired-in equipment insurance (insurer, policy number, expiry date), your preferred payment terms and your recurring needs. The company registration extract (Kbis for French companies, or the equivalent in your country) and the insurance certificate are then sent to us by email, in reply to our acknowledgement.
No other data is requested, and no field is collected without your knowledge.
This data is used solely to prepare your quotes, to open and manage your customer account, and to reply to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, then of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is not resold, used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data and documents are received by Fortin Productions, by email. Vercel hosts the site and processes the forms, and emails are delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). Both act as processors within the meaning of the GDPR; Resend is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
A quote request that does not go ahead is kept for three years from the last contact. Customer account data is kept for the whole business relationship, then for three years from its end, in accordance with the CNIL's reference framework on commercial management. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
This site sets no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement uses Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and collects only aggregated, anonymous data. No prior consent is therefore required, and no banner is imposed on you.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. Write to contact@fortinproductions.fr: we will reply within one month. If you disagree, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris (cnil.fr).
